7. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the hotel prior the group’s schedule arrival. Such a written notice of cancellation reaches the hotel if within:
- Two (2) days prior to scheduled arrival, 20% of the charge for the first night shall be charged on your company’s account.
- 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival 50% of the charge for the first night shall be charged on your company’s account.
- Less than 24 hours or no show, the first night room fee will be charge on your company’s account |
