4. Cancellations / No shows.
· All cancellation must be made in written notice including proper explanation and received by hotel with confirmation. In case, the cancellation does not comply with the time limit stated or not received, the hotel reserved the right to impose a cancellation charge base on rate and number of room booked as follow:
4.1. For FITs :
From 2 days to 4 days prior to arrival – Free of charge
days or less prior to arrival – one night stay.
4.2. For GITs and Tour Series :
Upon stipulated/ agreed cut off date to 21 days prior to arrival – 50% of total
group charge.
21 days or less prior to arrival – 100% of total charge.
Reduction in the number of rooms against requested bookings/ blocks is
considered and treated as cancellation policy.
Postponement or changes of dates against requested bookings/ blocks will be
considered and treated as cancellation policy.
5. Child Policy
The first child up to ten (10 years old) may be accommodated at no charge with
full paying adult in the same room without any extra bed. |
