1.Cancellation / No show charge:
_ Cancellation: All cancellation must be made in fax notice including proper explanation and received by hotel with confirmation. In case, the cancellation does not comply with the time limit stated or not received, the hotel reserved the right to impose a cancellation charge base on room rates and number of room booked as following:
_ All cancellation of the date arrival. The company has to confirm before 3 days (72 hours). Hotel will be room of charge for first night if booking canceled.
_ No show : in case FIT guests or GIT guests does not show up, the hotel reserves the right to levy full charge of the 01 night based on room rate and number of rooms booked.
2.Payment:
_ Payment will be made in US currency by credit card of guests when checking in through website. Any transactional cost / bank charges / incidental charges shall be paid by guests. |
