The Van Hai Hotel consists of 80 rooms in its New Wing and 60 rooms in the Old Wing. Rooms in the New Wing are equipped with luxurious and synchronous facilities, A/C, mini bar, TV, DD phones, bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer. Rooms in the Old Wing are standard.
Superior: 28 rooms at 22 m2 with sea view.
Executive: 28 rooms at 28 m2 with sea view.
Deluxe: 16 rooms at the corner of building offer additional views of Ha Long Bay; 32m2. Interconnecting rooms available.
Suite: 8 bedrooms and living rooms en-suite. Balconies offer best views of Ha Long Bay; 52 m2.

Restaurants: There are 4 restaurants with well-appointed space appropriate for buffet service, as well as a la carte menu. Choose from Vietnamese, Western and Chinese dishes.
